End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Renova Roofing and Home Services ("Renova", "we", "us") and the individual or entity accessing the Renova pricing, CRM and project management application (the "Application"). By signing in to or using the Application you accept this Agreement. This page is maintained by Renova Roofing and Home Services and may be updated from time to time.

Renova grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for legitimate business purposes related to Renova projects, estimates, contracts and production work, and — for customers — to view the status of your own project. The Application is licensed, not sold.

Accounts are issued by Renova. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Access levels are role-based; you may not attempt to access data outside the role assigned to you. Renova may suspend or revoke access at any time, including when employment or a customer relationship ends.

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, sublicense, or make the Application available to third parties;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code;
• upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security or access controls;
• export or use customer data for any purpose unrelated to Renova business;
• use the Application in violation of applicable law.

Data in the Application — including customer contact details, measurements, pricing, proposals, contracts, payments and project photos — is confidential business information of Renova and its customers. You must treat it as confidential and use it only to perform your role.

The Application connects to third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, Google Maps Platform, email and SMS delivery providers, and measurement providers. Your use of those services through the Application is also subject to their own terms. Renova is not responsible for third-party service availability or content.

Program description. By providing your mobile number and giving consent on our web form, on a signed contract, or on a signed paper consent form, you agree to receive service-related text messages from ReNova Roof & Home. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival and ETA updates, estimate and proposal links, contract and e-signature links, permit and production status updates, and replies to questions you send us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies by project stage — typically 2 to 8 messages per month while your project is active.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. ReNova Roof & Home does not charge for these messages; charges come from your mobile carrier under your plan.

Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We only message numbers that have given consent, and our calling and messaging lists are scrubbed against the Federal Do Not Call Registry.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to end all further messages to that number. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (305) 561-9514, or email us for assistance.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy at www.renovaroofandhome.com/privacy for details on how we handle your information.

Pricing, measurements, timelines and warranty figures generated by the Application are estimates. Final warranty years, terms and conditions are subject to change and defined in the project contract. Warranties shared in a proposal are estimates only. The executed contract governs in the event of a conflict.

Renova and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in the Application, its content, branding and underlying software. No rights are granted except as stated here.

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Renova is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Renova may terminate or suspend your license immediately for any breach. On termination you must stop using the Application and delete any exported data in your possession.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue lies in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
